Exact Weighing Station makes it easier to bring operation and recording together at the scale. An industrial Android touch panel with Smart Scale and the required communication devices are assembled in one enclosure, configured for the installation before delivery.
The station can connect to one or more scales and communicate over a local network or a mobile connection where no local network is available. Existing scales with a communication interface can be used after reviewing the model and interface. Some installations require an adapter or driver adaptation.
The station connects weighing equipment to cloud applications and fits into different workflows. For fish reception facilities, Exact Landing is one example. Smart Scale is the same software used in larger installations with multiple weighing points.
